At Absolute Beauty Co., your satisfaction means everything to us! Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we’re here to make things right if something goes wrong.
We accept returns or offer replacements/refunds only under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged or defective.
• There was an issue with your order that was our mistake.
To qualify for a return or refund:
1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) in question.
3. We’ll assess the issue and let you know the next steps within 2 business days.
Please note:
• We do not accept returns due to change of mind or dislike of color once used.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
